Check out this senior exercise video. It talks about 4 major components of senior exercise - cardiovascular training, strength training, balance training, and flexibility. It also covers the basic parameters for each aspect, like how often and how much.
Mike is the author of "The Balance Manual: How to Improve Stability and Prevent Falls with Simple Exercises." He is a certified personal trainer with a degree in Fitness Management. Mike works at a hospital-based fitness center and specializes in senior health and fitness.
